Do i need an account to place an order ?
No. You do not need to open an account to place an order on dermalumae.com. When you are ready to place your order, simply opt to check out as a guest. All customers enjoy Free Standard Shipping.
How do I use a promotional code ?
Enter the promotion code in the cart when you check out. In mobile it is located in the "Show order summary" section.
How can I track my order ?
Simply click on the "Track my order" link in the top menu and type the tracking code you received.

Is it shipped immediately after payment?
Yes usually we ship your product in the next 24-48 hours after payment.
Is the shipping free ?
Yes the shipping is 100% free worldwide for a 5-7 days delivery. However if you would like, you can chose a paid 1-2 days delivery for some products.
What shipping services are you using ?
We use UPS and USPS as our shipping services.
International customers will be serviced by UPS exclusively.
Will I get a tracking number?
All orders shipped include a tracking number for your convenience. The tracking code is usually send after 2-3 days after your order.

How long is the delivery time ?
Free shipping delivery times are approximately 5 to 7 working days excluding handling time. Our delivery times may be slightly modified during periods when our products are in high demand.
Express shipping times are 1 to 3 days.
How long until i receive my product with Free Standard Shipping ?
For the Free Standard Shipping, it works as follow :
- Order is placed on day 1
- It take usually 24 hours (on working day) for handling and shipping
- The Tracking number is sent to the customer (visible online after 2-5 days)
- Then you have to add the 5-7 working days for the transit
- It could take an additional 24-48 hours for the local post to deliver depending on the state/province
Delay may slightly vary depending on the demand.
How long until i receive my product with Express Shipping ?
If you chose express shipping, the product is shipped 24 hours after your order, and delivery time is 24-48 hours.

Can i return my product ?
Yes you can ! Our 100% satisfied customers policy allow you to return your product (except skin care and lips products) during 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. But do not worry, drop us an email and we will find a solution.
Why are certain products non-refundable?
Due to their nature, we have a final sale policy on all lipsticks, lip glosses, and skin care products as they are deemed as hygiene products.
